He was predeceased by : his parents, Sigridur Norman and Kristinn Norman. He is survived by : his wife Sylvia Norman; his sister Una (Verne); his sister-in-law Sheila; his children, Marissa (Ann), Chris (Terri), Lisa (Dave), Louise and Nathan; his grandchildren, Lilja, Maddie, Quinn, Jacob, Benjamin, Chelsea, Courtney, Jesse, Phoenix, Rachel, Curtis and Nevene; his great grandchild Shyla; and his pet Max. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and in remembrance of Fred's life, the family asks that any donations be made to Hospice Georgian Triangle.
