We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2023, at the age of 83, Gwen Ford in Collingwood, Ontario, born in Meaford, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Arnold Kelly and Alice Kelly of Collingwood; and her brothers, Don and Doug Kelly. She is survived by : her former life partner Brian Smith of Collingwood; her daughter Kelly Susan; her husband Wayne Ford of Stayner; her son John Wayne; and her sisters, Pat Thomspon of Nottawa, Guyrene Hogg of Collingwood and Joyce Hogg of Meaford.
