He is survived by: his children, Paul MacDonald and Karen Linfield (late Colin); his grandchildren, Emma, Julie MacDonald, Hailey and Kevin Linfield; and his sisters-in-law, Dr. Brenda MacDonald (late Bryan), Jean Thomson and Gail Lockhart.
