Jocelyn Smart Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jocelyn Smart (Collingwood, Ontario), who passed away on April 1, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Matthew Elliot and Violet Elliot; her siblings, George (Lois) and Catherine (Walter); her spouse Lawrence Buell Smart; her children, Joan, Catherine (Stephen Couchman), Ann (Allan Dicks), Grannie, Jason, Jessica, Madeline, Jeff, Matthew and Sam; her sibling-in-law Charlene Sibbit; and her siblings' children, Don, Little Eleanor, Nonie, Jane, Neill, Susan and Bill.
