John Vair Obituary

With solemn reverence, we commemorate John Vair (Collingwood, Ontario), born in Barrie, Ontario, whose life came to an end on April 30, 2026 at the age of 85, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lou Vair and Mary Vair; and his sisters, Rita Tully, Mary-Lou "Mickey" Osborne and Marjorie "Mardi" Noble.

He is survived by: his children, Cindy (Rick) of Barrie and Stephen of Midland; his granddaughters, Jaclyn and Alexandra; and his former wife Margaret.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Army Navy and Air Force Club (52 Morrow Rd, Barrie, ON L4N3V8).
