He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kirkwood Sr. and Marilyn Taggart Sharp; and his brother James. He is survived by: his siblings, Taggart, Victoria, Thomas, Ann Elizabeth, Matthew, Margaret, David, Mary, Andrew and Philip.
