She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her son Mark (Irene Joanne); her parents, Dorothy Martin-Farnel and David Martin; her stepfather Norwood Farnel; and her siblings, Patricia (Andrew), Doreen (Len), David "Dubby" (Dorothy), Norman (Liisa) and Jim (Cindy).
She is survived by: her children, David (Rosalie) and Catherine (Guy); her grandchildren, Andrea, Christopher, Stephen (Natalie), Tyler, Jonathan (Angelique), Brandon, Jennifer (Cam), Courteney, Colin, Tralena, Kyle and Trinity; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Freya, Aiden and Lyla; and her brother Norwood Jr.. She is also survived by many loving nieces nephews and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew's United Church (58 1st Ave, Coniston, ON P0M1M0). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Colonial Inn (28 Cedar St, Coniston, ON P0M1M0).
In lieu of flowers, a donation to St Andrews Church in Coniston or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
