Leo Pevato Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leo Pevato (Copper Cliff, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 27, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Violet Pevato; and his parents, Antonio Pevato and Adelina Pevato (Cerantola). He is survived by: his children, Kevin Pevato (Shauna), Sherry Hartmann (Richard) and Dina Greene (Michael); his grandchildren, Tess, Cole, Addison, Brenna, Nicholas and Bisnonno of Eddie; and his sibling Ines Pevato.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lougheed Funeral Home (252 Regent St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3C4C8). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St Stanislaus Church (78 Balsam St, Copper Cliff, ON P0M1N0).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Arthritis Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation (cheque only) would be greatly appreciated.
