He was predeceased by: his wife Leslie-Anne. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Lund (Darren), Cher Norris (Todd) and Jonathan Groenewegen (Karen); and his grandchildren, Dylan, Victoria, Colin, Olivia, Noah and Leah. He is also survived by his many brothers, sisters and extended family.
