Albert Touchette Obituary
We announce the death of Albert Touchette (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on September 3, 2026, at the age of 71. Albert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Touchette and Lillian Touchette. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Schaeffer; his children, Phillip Touchette (Brianna Carr) and Kristina Touchette (Jamie Lavigne); his stepchildren, Sara Brisson and Eric Brisson; his grandchildren, Carlee, Evan, Landon and Emerson; and his sisters, Carole, Linda, Rose-Marie and Liette.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lahaie & Sullivan Funeral Home - West Branch (20 Seventh St W, Cornwall, ON K6J 2X7).
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made out to The Friends of Algonquin Park Foundation.
