Carmen Bender Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2026, at the age of 79, Carmen Bender (Cornwall, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bender and Mable Bender; and his siblings, Clinton (Therese), Irwin (late Alice), Elwyn (Sharon) and Glenn (Marilyn).
He is survived by: his wife Lise Bender; his children, Christian and Stephanie; and his siblings, Lorne (Caroline), Keith (Charlotte) and Merle (John Howard Marjerrison). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, other family members.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, February 26th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilson Funeral Home (822 Pitt St, Cornwall, ON K6J3S2). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations in Carmen's memory may be made to Parkinson Canada or a charity of your choice.
