She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John LaBarge, Ervin and Irene Clement; and her father-in-law Oliver Vagt. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence; her son Hudson; her parents, Pierre Clement and Renee Clement; her siblings, Andre Clement (Leslie), Elyse Lavallée (Luc) and Amy Leduc (Justin); her grandmother Eileen LaBarge; her nieces and nephews, Evelyn, Johnathan, Mason Lavallée, Annabelle, Isabelle, Mirabelle, Beau Clement, Isla Leduc and Caid Leduc; her mother-in-law Heide Vagt; Erika Bilodeau (Pat), John Vagt (Esther), Hugh Vagt (Mansi) and Anna Louison (McNeil). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In Lieu of flowers donations in Chantale's memory could be made to Breast Cancer Canada or the Cornwall Community Hospital Foundation.
