He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lazette and Hazel Lazette. He is survived by: his wife Donna (Hamilton); his children, Jeffrey, Carrie and Christopher; his grandchildren, Stacey, Taylor and Arianna; and his siblings, Marjorie, Sylvia, Gerald and Barbara.
