Claude Henri Montpetit Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Claude Henri Montpetit (Cornwall, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 2, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Colette Montpetit; his parents, Romeo Montpetit and Rose Montpetit; and his siblings, Bernie Montpetit (late Susie), Gilles Montpetit (late Violet) and Réjeanne Pyke (late Perry).

He is survived by: his children, Joanne Gilmour (Mark) and Daniel Montpetit; his granddaughters, Kayla Lamesse (Roger) and Erica Lascelle (Ethan); his great grandchildren, Kalista, Benjamin and Logan; and his siblings, Patrick Montpetit (Diane), Pierre Montpetit (late Mavis), Gérard Montpetit (Jackie) and Nicole Hammond (late Jim). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family.

As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
