He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Marsolais and Alice Marsolais; his former wife Hilda Marsolais; his children, April Marsolais, Danny Marsolais and Wally Marsolais; and his siblings, Earl, Cecil, Dorothy, Verna and Bernadette.

He is survived by: his wife Lois Seguin; his children, Ralph Marsolais (Marie), Michael Marsolais (Joyce), Randy Marsolais (Sandy) and Terry Marsolais; and his stepchildren, Cora Belmonte (late Frederico) and Shelley Seguin. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
