He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine; his parents, Dalton Ruben Cook and Ruth Violet Pruner; and his siblings, Daniel Cook, Suzie Cook and Elizabeth Cook (Betty).

He is survived by: his stepchild Robin Narr; and his siblings, George Cook (Cecile Bruyere) and Rose Marie Cook (Raymond Laniel).
