She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Billard; and her parents, Edgar Depratto and Eva Depratto. She is survived by: her close friend Robert Leclair; her sons, Andre Billard (Geneviève), Frank Billard (Elisha Bedingfield) and Matt Billard (Chelsea); her grandchildren, Melodie, Chanelle, Alexia, Tyson, Benjemin and Emily; her siblings, Robert Depratto (Louise), Adele Depratto (Val) and Rachelle Depratto (Claude); and her in-laws, Joanne, Mark McDougall, Bob, Kim, Dave and Rick.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home (341 Pitt St, Cornwall, ON K6J3R1). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Félix de Valois Church (620 Glengarry Blvd, Cornwall, ON K6H6E7).
