He is survived by: his daughters, Brandy Jessica Przepiora and Heidi Robin Przepiora; his niece Erica Wilson (Rob); and his great-nephews, Evan and Aidric.

“When i was GM of Philips Lighting Canada, ED belonged to my crew.He was one of my trusted people and responsible for the way how Philips presented itself to the Canadian lighting market. I will also never forget how he took care of my older brother (now deceased) in my absence and exchange many thoughts about his business with another artist. Recently i had many hours to think about the past, believe it or not, ED passed by all of a sudden, as if he said good bye. I will keep that in mind. Frank”
