She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Lapointe; her parents, John Williams and Jessie Williams; and her siblings, George Williams (late Dorine), Ada Beckstead (late Howard) and Florence Evans (late Osmond).

She is survived by: her daughter Doris Sheppard (John); her grandchildren, Michael Merkley (late Tanya) and Tammy Merkley; her great grandchildren, Travis, Autumn and Max; her sister Mabel Trudeau (late Delmer); and her caregivers, Carole and Kim.

Memorial Donations to Canadian Cancer Society or to St. Joseph's Continuing Care Center would be greatly appreciated by the family.
