She is survived by: her husband Orvel Murphy; her children, Orvel Murphy Jr., Christine Jasmin (Louis), Elizabeth Newcombe (David), Maria MacDonald (David) and Carole Murphy-Roussakis (Dino); her grandchildren, Andrew, Laura, Kevin, Katie, Thomas, David, Samantha, Kristen, Alex, Sean, Adam and Amanda; her great grandchildren, Azelia, Emery, Corbin, Grayson, Hailey, Hana Marie, Ryder, Riley, Romy, Quinn, Weston and Eva; and her siblings, Jack Villeneuve (Linda), Victor Villeneuve (Judy), Nancy Samson (late Roger) and Fay O'Neill (Thomas).
In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer's Society or Glen Stor Dun Lodge in Betty's memory would be appreciated by the family.
