Fred Regan Obituary
We announce the death of Fred Regan (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on October 21, 2026, at the age of 86. Fred will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Fred will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Fred will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Fred’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Regan and Annie Regan. He is survived by: his wife Joan Regan; his children, James Regan (Iris McDonell), Dawn Regan (Greg Mullen) and Terry Regan; his grandchildren, Conor and Brianna; and his brother-in-law Peter Grilly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian (240 Water St W, Cornwall, ON K6J5N1).
