He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris McDougall and Velma McDougall. He is survived by: his wife Marlene McDougall; his children, Stephen McDougall (Jana), Kerry Martell (Mitch) and Tammy Gauthier (Joël); his grandchildren, Chandler (Sarah), Mackenzie (Allison), Hunter (Jayden), Alexandra (Alexandre), Spencer (Annie), Shyanna and Caleb; his great grandchildren, Emanuelle, Luke, Norah, Scarlett, Blake and Harrison; his siblings, Margo Schwerdtfeger (late Lyle), Glenn McDougall (Flo) and Mark McDougall (Johanne); and his close friend Larry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Parish (434 Second St W, Cornwall, ON K6J1H1).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Carefor Hospice Cornwall or Sandfield Place Long-Term Care would be appreciated by the family.
