He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel Omer and Rita Forgues; and his siblings, Gisele Leduc (Clement), Estelle Forgues (Riekus), Denise Benoit and Roland Forgues.

He is survived by: his siblings, Suzanne Depatie (Paul), Lionel Forgues and Carole Menard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home.
