He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara (Glenn); and his brother Stephen (Kathryn Ross). He is survived by: his father Glenn Johnston; his children, Emily (Chelsea Visneskie) and Brenan; his grandchildren, August, Benjamin, Brianna and Primrose; his siblings, Melanie (Philip Mason), Scotty and Heather (Brian Billings); his nieces, Paige and Raine; his nephew Kyle; and his aunt Marilyn (Roy Bosch).
