He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline Cote; his parents, Odinas Cote and Diane Cote; and his brother Daniel Cote (late Anita). He is survived by: his children, Lee-Ann Prevost (Cal) and Deacon Guy Cote (Tammy); his grandchildren, Jessie Bellemare (Gilles), Linden Cote (Olivia), Taylor Cote (Klaus Cumani) and Spencer Prevost; his siblings, Paulette Cote, Claude Cote (Angele), Lucette Thibeault (Roger), Lise Cote, Pierre Cote (Cathy), Jeanne d'Arc Roy (Norm) and Jocelyne Cote; his friend Courtaulds; and his caregiver Kaila.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lahaie & Sullivan Funeral Home - West Branch (20 Seventh St W, Cornwall, ON K6J 2X7). A Mass was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church (321 Tollgate Rd E, Cornwall, ON K6H5R6).
