He was predeceased by: his parents, Alec Maclaren and Hilda Maclaren; and his brother Arthur Maclaren. He is survived by: his wife Anne Maclaren; his sons, Grant Maclaren and Bruce Maclaren (Katrina); his grandchildren, Alexandria Maclaren and Ronin Maclaren; his siblings, Euginia Low (John) and Bruce Maclaren; and his brother-in-law Bob Blakeley (late Heather).

Memorial Donations to Hospice Cornwall would be greatly appreciated by the family.
