She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel Derouin and Fabiola Derouin; and her sisters, Lorraine Roy and Fleurette Cuillerier. She is survived by: her husband Andre Labelle; her children, Jocelyne MacDonald (Gordon), Jean Labelle (Debra) and Lise Breithaupt (Daniel); her grandchildren, Michelle MacDonald, Vincent MacDonald (Karine Bélanger), Hannah Mae Labelle (Andre Struthers), Brandon Labelle (Kelsey Lee), Justin Breithaupt and Selena Breithaupt; her great grandchildren, Naomi and Chloé; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Labelle. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Jacqueline's memory may be made to Cornwall Hospice or the Childrens Treatment Centre.
