She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Sheney; her parents, Numa Haineault and Yvonne Haineault; and her siblings, John Haineault (Claudette), George Haineault (Beverly), Guy Haineault (late Helen) and Jeanne D'Arc "Joan" Lapensée (late Frank).
She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Cornett (Bob), Robert Sheney (Sherri) and Danny Sheney (Kathy); and her grandchildren, Meghan, Ryan, Julia, Alicia, Jason (Milca) and Melissa (Yannick).
A memorial service was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Columban Parish (36 Fourth St W, Cornwall, ON K6J2R5).
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Cornwall would be greatly appreciated by the family.
