He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Cardinal; his sister Debbie Cardinal; and his parents, Rheal Cardinal and Jeannette Cardinal (Bellmore). He is survived by: his children, Jacques Cardinal Jr. (Shannon) of Toronto and Tammy Cardinal of Cornwall; and his siblings, Brian Cardinal (Suzanne), Carol Hartle (Gary) and Beverly Lebrun.
