Jean leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Jean’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her husband William Doherty; her son William Edward Doherty; her sister Dawn Shaver (late George); and her parents, Albert Mowat and Mary Mowat.

She is survived by: her son John Doherty; and her sister Joy Hudson (late Dick). She is also survived by friends, as well as her numerous nieces, nephews.
