He was predeceased by: his parents, James Charles Waugh and Elsie Grace Waugh; and his siblings, Fay Russell and Percy Waugh. He is survived by: his brothers, Mark Waugh, James Jr. Waugh and John Waugh.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (822 Pitt St, Cornwall, ON K6J3S2). A burial will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (540 Cumberland St, Cornwall, ON K6J4J5).
