He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazelann and Colin; and his brother Richard Handy. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Walker-Handy; his children, Bryan Handy (Julia), Heather Handy (Jeremiah) and Ashley Handy (Donnie); his grandchildren, Blair, Tucker, Miah and Brielle; and his siblings, Penny Stokes (Rob), Peter Handy (Barb), David Handy (Brenda), Pete and Brendon Hunt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
