She was predeceased by: her parents, James Marshall and Jean Marie Hendry; and her siblings, Gerry and Robert. She is survived by: her husband Gordon "Gord" Dion of Ingleside; her sons, Marc Robert Marshall Dion (Laurie Miggins) of Russell and Michael "Mic" William Marshall Dion (Theresa Kelly) of Victoria, BC.; her grandchildren, Casey and Azeline; and her brothers, Don, Steve, Randy (Elaine), Peter (Terri) and Tim (Barb Jones).

As expressions of sympathy memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
