He was predeceased by: his wife Wilhelmina "Billie" Russell; his parents, Henry Russell and Beatrice Russell; his sons, John Russell (Erica) and Will; his close friend Anice Legallais; and his sisters, Jean Kennedy, Florence Leitch (Claire), Viola "Vi" Vallance (Jim), Ruby Redshaw (John) and Margaret Barton (Tom).

He is survived by: his sister Mildred "Millie" McCulloch.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (822 Pitt St, Cornwall, ON K6J3S2). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (321 Tollgate Rd E, Cornwall, ON K6H5R6).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Kenneth's memory.
