He was predeceased by: his wife Johanna Kuipers; and his sisters, Johanna and Anneke. He is survived by: his sons, Paul (Penny), John (Ann), George (Dianne), Ron (Sandra) and Edward (Barbara); and his siblings, Gerben and Grietje. He is also survived by grandchildren, and his adored two great grandchildren.
