We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2021, Margaret Ellen Gelinas (Cornwall, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Francis Gelinas and Sara Gelinas; and her sister Marilyn Page (late Reginald). She is survived by : her brother Brady Gelinas (Maureen). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many special friends.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Knox St. Paul's United Church on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, from 10:30 a. m. until 11:30 a. m. Please be advised that Covid-19 precautions are still in effect; we respectfully request that attendees wear a mask and that physical distancing measures be observed both inside and outside of the church.

Memorial donations to CAREFOR Hospice Cornwall would be appreciated by the family.

“I am so sorry to hear of Margaret's death. Her illness kept me from knowing her well and gave her a mountain to climb all of her adult life. Her sister, Marilyn, spoke of how very bright and engaging she was as a young woman. May she rest in much-deserved peace. Naida Nelson”
