It is with sadness that the passing of Mona (Derouchie) Richardson (Cornwall, Ontario) is shared. Mona, born on April 4, 1934, passed away on October 4, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Ronald Richardson and David Summers; her parents, Paul Derouchie and Eva Derouchie; her grandson Bradley Richardson; and her siblings, Lorne Jodoin (Irene), Wilfred Jodoin, Leonard Jodoin, Paul Derouchie (Irene), Nelson Derouchie, Kenny Derouchie (Donalda), Isabel Rozon (Rene) and Dorothy Cooper (Bob).
She is survived by: her children, Caroline Vincent (Claude), Donna Asselin (Richard), David Summers (Hélène) and Keith Richardson (Diane); her grandchildren, Brian Vincent, Stephanie Pinch (Rodney), Priscilla Leduc (Jay), Amanda Asselin, Lisa Gillis (Jay), Denis Boyer, Jason Richardson, David Summers (Chelsea) and Heaven Richardson (Jesse); and her brother Clifford Derouchie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lahaie & Sullivan Funeral Home - West Branch (20 Seventh St W, Cornwall, ON K6J2X7). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
