He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Pavlakovich and Ljuba Doijcic. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Pavlakovich (Née Chartrand); his son Adam Pavlakovich (Farrah); his grandchildren, Avery Pavlakovich, Cameron and Mackenzie Ryan; and his siblings, Ed Frankovich and Winnie Fric. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and many wonderful friends.

Memorial Donations to Hospice Cornwall or Children's Treatment Centre would be appreciated by the family.
