He was predeceased by: his parents, John James and Suzanne Marguerite Dow; his significant other Frances Dow; his siblings, Angus (Dorothy), Douglas (Mabel), Tommy (Myrtle), Bardeen and Leonard; his son Kirk; and his grandson Ryan.

He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Marie) and Tracy (Sonia); his grandchildren, Rebecca (Chris), Michaela (Alex), Bobby (Sophie), Kyle, Kara, Quinlan, Shanley and Cassidy; his great grandchildren, Finley, Leif, Knox and Hailey; his daughter-in-law Anna Murphy; and his brother-in-law Joe Mazi.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in his name to Alzheimer Society Cornwall & District would be appreciated by the family.
