He was predeceased by: his wife Vivian Jodoin; and his parents, Albert Forget and Maria Lefebvre. He is survived by: his sons, Paul Forget (Claire Fearnley) and Michel Forget; his grandchildren, Nicholas Forget and Stephanie Forget; his sister Pauline Laperle (late Raymond Laperle); and his sister-in-law Doris (late Raymond Jodoin). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Parkinson Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
