He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn Miller; his parents, Alan Miller and Gladys Miller; and his siblings, Robert Miller, Thelma Runciman (late Sandy) and Nancy Hochins (late Paul).

He is survived by: his children, Mary Miller, Karen Tittonel, Barb Willoughby (David) and Bill Miller (Tara); his grandchildren, Mick, Sasha, Mike (Amanda), Rob (Emma), Danny, Krissy, Stacie and Matthew (Manel); his great grandchildren, Phoenix, Everly, Oaklyn, Mathilda and Calvin; and his sister Marilyn Trussel (Ron). He is also survived by nephews, extended family.
