Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Richard leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elaine Holmes and Hugh Bowen. He is survived by: his girlfriend Susan Inglis Germain; his children, Ashley Babb (Casey) and Christopher Bowen; his grandchildren, Avram and Eliana; and his former wife Diane Bowen. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes (20 Seventh St W, Cornwall, ON K6J 2X7). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
