As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Richard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Sauve; his parents, James Francis and Beatrice Sauve; and his brothers, Mark Sauve and Wayne Sauve (late Linda).

He is survived by: his children, Shari Sauve (Jennifer Baker) and Jason Sauve (Jessica); his grandchildren, Ethan and Ada; and his brothers, Harold Sauve (Lynn) and Lee Sauve (Sylvie). He is also survived by his extended family and many nieces and nephew.

In lieu of flowers, donation to CHEO would be appreciated by the family.
