Rita Demontigny Obituary

A lifetime resident of Cornwall, Rita died suddenly on November 09th, 2025. She was 89 years old. Born in Cornwall on Dec 03rd, 1935 to the late Edward Tremblay & Beatrice (Leduc). In 1952 she was married to Francis DeMontigny who predeceased her in 2006. Also predeceased by 1 brother Morris, and 3 sisters Claudette, Lorraine, & Diane. She is survived by four daughters; Darlene of St Thomas, Frances of Ottawa, Cathy of Ingleside, Patty (Peter) of Florida. Sadly missed by 6 grandchildren; Jason, Benjamin, Katrina, Sarah, Shelley, & Jamie. Also 8 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren, Joseph, Kaylee, & Waylen.
