Robert Labelle Obituary
We announce the death of Robert Labelle (Cornwall, Ontario), who passed away on September 29, 2026, at the age of 76. Robert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Labelle (late Claude); and his parents, Lucien Labelle and Irène Labelle. He is survived by: his children, Rachel Labelle-Cousineau (Chris), Guillaume Labelle (Emily) and Genevieve Labelle; the mother of his children Linda; his grandchildren, Maxim and Sophie; and his siblings, Nicole Fister (late Lester), Denise Labelle-Gélinas (Daniel), André Labelle (Christine) and Jacques Labelle (Dwayne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Lahaie & Sullivan Funeral Home – East Branch (614 First St E, Cornwall, ON K6H1M1).
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the OCAPDD/Open Hands would be greatly appreciated by the family.
