Susan Hart Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2025, at the age of 66, Susan Hart (Cornwall, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Susan Hart to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband André Deschamps; her daughter Ashley Hart (Adam Derouchie); her grandchildren, Shogan, Maximus and Starlee; her parents, Gerald Tessier and Rollande Tessier; and her siblings, Michael, Barbara (Ron Thibert), Wayne (Heather), Charlene (Rob Goulet) and Larry Tessier.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (822 Pitt St, Cornwall, ON K6J3S2). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Susan's memory may be made to Carefor Cornwall Hospice.
