He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Rowe and Mary Johnstone Rowe Little; and his stepfather Sydney Little. He is survived by : his wife Beatrice Brown; his children, Cindy (Mike) and John (Charity); his grandchildren, Johnathan, Brandan, Sierra (Randy), Zuri, Ben and Max; his great grandchildren, Wesley and Avianna; his siblings, Jack (Connie), Joan (Issac) and Barb (Fred); and his siblings-in-law, Charlie (Ron), Hazel, Leslie, Robert, Basil (Bev), Gerald, Albert, Joan (Wilfred) and Cory.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes (20 Seventh St W, Cornwall, ON K6J2X7).
