He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ronald MacDonald and Maurice MacDonald; his stepsister Cindy Lou McGill; his parents, Bernard MacDonald and Rita MacDonald; and his stepmother Sylvi McGill-MacDonald.
He is survived by: his brother Terrance MacDonald (late Susan); and his stepsiblings, Wayne McGill (Joanne), Rodney McGill (Gwen) and Shawn McGill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial Donations may be made in Wilfrid's name to the St. Joseph's Continuing Care Center.
