Yvette Marie Vernier Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2025, at the age of 90, Yvette Marie Vernier (Cornwall, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Yvette Marie Vernier to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Vernier; and her parents, Regis and Amanda. She is survived by: her children, Michel Vernier (late Denise Depatie), Lilianne Vernier (Normand Geneau), Daniel Vernier (Grace), Diane Sabourin (Mark Jarvo) and Gabriel Vernier; her sisters, Juliette Payette (late Gerard) and Annette Robinson (Alex); and her sister-in-law Lucienne Boileau.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes (20 Seventh St W, Cornwall, ON K6J 2X7). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Félix de Valois Church (620 Glengarry Blvd, Cornwall, ON K6H6E7).
