She was predeceased by: her parents, Ken Maidman and Joyce Maidman; and her son John Paul McCarthy. She is survived by: her husband Tim McCarthy Sr.; her children, Tim McCarthy Jr. (Nicole D'Aoust) of Sarnia and Karen McCarthy of Vancouver; and her grandchildren, Olivia and Jordan McCarthy. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
